McHale is a massage therapy student at Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver, currently completing the final stretch of his training and preparing for board exams. The program has been pivotal for him, providing him with a clear sense of direction and a deep commitment to helping people feel and function at their best.
Before massage therapy, McHale worked as a chef—an experience that sharpened his discipline, stamina, and attention to detail. Today, he brings that same hands-on precision into treatment, continually refining his techniques through research and clinical experience.
He’s especially excited to work with a broad range of conditions—both to support clients and to feed his clinical curiosity as he transitions into registered practice. He also values client education, helping people understand their bodies and supporting lasting, effective results between visits.
Outside of school, McHale is most at home in the elements—scaling rocks around Squamish, pushing into the backcountry, and swimming across glacial lakes. That connection to movement shapes his approach to care: thoughtful assessment, informed treatment planning, and respect for each person’s goals. He looks forward to helping you feel better, move better, and live well.
