Teri-Rose has a keen interest in learning about the human body and believes an integrated approach to injury prevention, rehabilitation and maintenance is the most effective way to help you perform and feel your best. She has experience working with youth to elite sport, chronic pain management, postural imbalances and more. She uses various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and Swedish massage. Dr. Kyla Drever has been studying holistic practices since 1995. She began with a certificate in Shiatsu Acupressure from Sourcepoint Shiatsu in Vancouver, BC. Her curiosity about the human body and its energetic influences led her to a certificate in Thai Massage (Chang Mai, Thailand), a diploma as a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Vancouver, BC), and continuing education in CranioSacral Therapy (Upledger Institute) and Visceral Manipulation (Barral Institute). She has completed the highest level of registration exams in TCM entitling her to the Dr. TCM designation which entitles her to practice both Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Herbology. Alexandra completed her Phd and Masters of Physiotherapy at Western University. She has an extensive sporting background both professionally and personally. During her undergraduate degree she was captain of the varsity soccer team. In addition to physiotherapy, Alex is an instructor at Langara College.

Alex has extensive experience in sport-related concussion, with over ten peer reviewed publications. She also worked in collaboration with the Ontario Soccer Association to reduce injury in soccer, and has presented at numerous national and international conference proceedings for her work in sport-related concussion. She has completed her certification in Dry Needling, Level 1 and Level 2 (Lower) manual therapy courses through the Canadian Orthopedic Division. She has taken post graduate courses/training in concussion, vestibular rehabilitation, soft tissue work and prevention in running injuries and running assessment.

Alex is passionate about helping clients of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals. Her treatments combine a comprehensive approach to recovery through manual therapy, education and specific exercises. Alex is committed to her clients as well as understanding the underpinnings of their injury to help them regain function, and reduce chance of re injury.

Originally from Waterloo, ON, Dr. Charlene completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education in her hometown prior to attending New York Chiropractic College. Following graduation she moved to the lower mainland and spent 8 years in a family practice in Maple Ridge before she and her husband decided to relocate to Squamish as they spent almost every weekend here and realized life would just be better living here full time!

Dr. Charlene loves to care for the whole family and has received hundreds of hours of extra training to obtain extra certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) in order to enhance her skills in caring for pregnant and pediatric patients. She has taken care of patients from less than a week old, those well into their 90’s and everyone in between. She’s highly energetic and loves to help people improve their health, achieve their goals and live their best lives!

Jon Israelson is a graduate from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapists in December of 2014. Growing up in Jasper AB, Jon started competing in freestyle skiing at an early age. This translated into Halfpipe and Big Mountain skiing, competing on the world tour and traveling all over North America. Doing so, Jon is no stranger to injury and has a great passion for resolving pain and dysfunction with a variety of modalities. Taking a full body, systemic approach to his practice, while combining the efforts of both the patient and therapist, allows for an optimum environment to resolve musculoskeletal, circulatory, nervous tissue and joint pathologies. His devotion and dedication to health and fitness go beyond the clinic, as he enjoys spending his free time weight training, mountain biking, golfing, climbing, hiking and fishing. Dr. Nathaniel Janzen is a life-long athlete and primary healthcare practitioner specializing in the body’s musculoskeletal system. He draws from a wealth of knowledge from university degrees obtained in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, and Chiropractic. Nathaniel advocates for interdisciplinary healthcare and strives to be a role model through movement-based physical wellness. He is listed as a preferred provider with Pain BC, a local non-profit organization reducing the burden of pain in our province.

Nathaniel helps those with chronic pain, sports injuries, acute flare-ups, and maintenance wellness care. He believes the key to a successful treatment plan begins with a thoughtful assessment to find out what the root cause of a complaint is. His treatment style is a combination of modern chiropractic manual joint manipulation, soft tissue release, biomechanical postural strengthening, and functional movement coaching. He has a special interest in bringing sports injury rehabilitation and athletic performance techniques into everyday movements to equip patients with the means to get stronger, more resilient, and move well.

Outside of chiropractic, Dr. Janzen teaches anatomy, physiology, and pathology courses at Vancouver Career College’s RMT program. Natalie graduated from the 3000 hour program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2013 after completing a four year bachelor’s degree in dance at the University of Calgary. In 2015 Natalie completed her 200 hour Vinyasa yoga teacher training. She is constantly furthering her knowledge through hands on practice and continuing education courses in both yoga and massage therapy. Natalie is knowledgable in the treatment of whiplash, respiratory and thoracic imbalances, sports/dance injury, pre and post natal related pain, and post cesarean treatment. Her treatments include myofascial manipulation, muscle energy techniques, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy. Natalie focus on the underlying problem to restore the body to its balanced functioning state. She is passionate about educating her patients on their bodies and providing at home exercises so they can continue the healing process outside of the treatment room, and prevent further injury. Jennifer has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2005 specializing in sport massage and is also an ART provider. Jen uses a variety of techniques in her practice and is known for her deep tissue massage approach. During her career she has worked with various athletes including members of the NHL, Canadian National women/men’s rugby teams, professional/world champion rock climbers, power lifters,

BMX/Downhill/Cross Country Mountain bikers, triathletes, downhill skiers and many more. Jennifer has also worked extensively with those living with neurological conditions, pre/post-natal, acute/chronic injuries, pre/post-surgery and terminally ill patients. Jennifer is also a personal trainer, conditioning coach, functional movement specialist and nutrition coach.

Jennifer brings something unique to her practice, as a former police officer of 15 years she has first-hand experience and deep understanding as to what shift work, critical instances and other field stresses bring to the body and mind.

Alongside Jen, you will find her little teammate Ellie Bean. Ellie is an Emotional Support Animal and takes a lot of pride showing off her work vest when she’s not curled up sleeping in her clinic bed. Ellie is a sweet soul who is there for anyone who needs a little extra support. Outside of Jennifer’s professions, she loves being active, outdoors and traveling the world. Living in Squamish, BC Jen juggles her hobbies including mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, SCUBA diving, surfing, mountaineering, triathlon, powerlifting, CrossFit, paddle boarding, improv comedy and playing the piano badly. Kim has over 20 years experience doing a variety of therapeutic massage modalities as a body worker in various spa’s around the world with a majority of time spent on BC’s West Coast. In 2018 she returned to school and graduated with Honours from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy and obtained her Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) designation with the College of Massage Therapists of BC. Kim has completed several levels of Cranio-Sacral Therapy training with Upledger Institute and has taken courses in Cranial Fascial Techniques, Biodynamic Myofascial Mobilization, TMJD Techniques and is currently studying the European Style of Manual Osteopathy in Vancouver.

She uses an osteopathic and whole-body approach in her massage therapy treatments and blends a variety of gentle non-invasive therapeutic techniques that work on a deep fascial level into her treatments and uses the least amount of force needed to obtain tissue change.
